Erika Wagner

Erika M. Wagner, 96, formerly of Wyomissing, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 2:02 pm at Columbia Cottage. She was the wife of William Wagner who passed away June 10, 2006. Born in Kleinrheinfeld, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Hans and Marie (Grasmann) Hahn. Mrs. Wagner was a member of Saint Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church and was employed as a seamstress at the former Berkshire Knitting Mills for 13 years retiring in 1965. She was a graduate of the University of Wurzburg-Kinderklinck in Germany. Mrs. Wagner is survived by her son Elmer A. Wagner, husband of Gloria A. Wagner of West Lawn, her grandson Jeffrey A. Wagner, husband of Lisa A. Wagner and her great grandchildren Brianna and Erika. She was preceded in death by her grandson Scott J. Wagner in 1997.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church 2810 St. Alban's Drive, Sinking Spring, Monday, August 12, 2019 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends in Saint Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church Monday 10:00 am to 10:45 am.
