Eric East

Eric Evan East, 29, of Rehoboth Beach, DE passed away peacefully on December 4, 2010 at home surrounded by his loving family. Following an auto accident in October of 2008, Eric was a patient at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, MD for 18 months before coming home in April of 2010. Eric loved deer and duck hunting, fishing, and boating. He had a great love for nature and loved driving his Jeep on the beach and surf fishing. He was very talented in carpentry and mechanics. He especially enjoyed his red corvette. Born in Reading he was a son of the late Ronald J. East and Dianne(Wenger)East -DeCoursey. Eric is also survived by his step-father, David T. DeCoursey of Rehoboth Beach, DE and three brothers; Scott East husband of Vicki, Richard East husband of Tara, Michael East husband of Lori all of Reading. Other survivng close family members included his Aunt Dee and Uncle Dick; Dolores D. and Richard E. Richards of Milford, DE, uncles Jeome Wenger of Reading, Barry Wenger of Sedona, AZ and William Wenger husband of Patricia of Millsboro, DE, nephew blake East of Reading, cousins Carla Denunzio of Clayton, DE, Blakely Quinn of Wilmington, DE and Chelsea Rudolff of Clayton, DE as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be dearly misssed by his two Miniature Schnauzers, Regan and Riley, and all those who knew and loved him.
