Emily Sturtz

Emily K. Sturtz, 17, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019 at 4:30 am as the result of a traffic accident. Born in West Reading, Emily was the daughter of Tessa M. Szczepkowski of Heidelberg Township and Matthew Sturtz, husband of Tara Sturtz of Shillington. She is also survived by her sister Hannah Sturtz of Wernersville; brother Ethan Szczepkowski of Wernersville and half-brothers Josh and Gabe Sturtz both of Shillington. Emily is also survived by her maternal grandmother Lori Rayel, wife of the late Daniel Rayel and her paternal grandparents Ken and Maryanne Sturtz. Also surviving is Emily's step-father Joseph Szczepkowski and his daughter Lexi Szczepkowski.
Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held in Bean Funeral Homes & Cremation Services 129 East Lancaster Ave. Shillington Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 4:00 pm. Amy S. Landis, Certified Celebrant will officiate. The family will receive relatives and friends in Bean Funeral Homes & Cremation Services Saturday 2:00-4:00 pm.
