Elizabeth A. Levanti, 81, of Panama City, FL passed away on October 27, 2015 in her residence.
Born in Virginsville, PA she was the daughter of the late Harry A. and Elizabeth M. (Wenrich) Heckman.
Elizabeth was employed as a Unit Secretary for Berks Heim. She enjoyed to crochet, knit, sew, and cook meals for her family.
She was predeceased by her husband: Sebastian J. Levanti and son: Stephen Levanti, husband of Donna Levanti of Wyomissing.
Survivors include Children: Mary E. Fry, wife of Lee of Panama City, FL; Harry Levanti, husband of Maria of Austin, TX; Rose Lewis, wife of Philip of Charlottesville, VA; and Beth Gallimore, wife of Geoff of Charlotte, NC. Grandchildren: Christopher and Megan Fry, Arman and Aria Levanti, Nyla Lewis, and Grace Gallimore. Brothers: Harry Heckman, Jr and John Heckman, husband of Sharon. Sisters: Patricia Gordon and Mary Ann Helbert.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Chapel of Resurrection at Gethsemane Cemetery & Mausoleum, 3139 Kutztown Road, Laureldale, on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 11:00AM. The family will receive friends and relatives at Bean Funeral Home, 3825 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring, on Saturday from 9-10:15AM. The interment will follow the service.
