Eleanor R. Wicklein

Eleanor R. Wicklein, 93, formerly of Robeson Township, passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 7:09 PM at Celebration Villa of Exeter. She was the wife of the late Luther E. Wicklein who passed away February 28, 2011. They were married on January 3, 1953. Born in Berks Co., PA, Mrs. Wicklein was the daughter of the late John and Ethel (Miller) Bellman. She was formerly employed as an operator at Linette Candies and Berkshire Knitting Mills. Mrs. Wicklein loved spending time at home with her family, especially cooking and baking for them. She loved being a wife, mother, and especially loved being “Grammy” to her 2 granddaughters and her great granddaughter. She was content with the simple things in life.  Mrs. Wicklein is survived by her son, Douglas W Wicklein, husband of Lynn A. Wicklein of Mohnton; David E. Wicklein, of Renova, Clinton County; her granddaughters, Ashley Lynn Wicklein and Kaitlyn Bradlee Wicklein, and great granddaughter Amaya Paige Wicklein. Celebration of Life Service will be held at Bean Funeral Home, 3825 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude‘s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Mrs. Eleanor R. Wicklein.
