Elaine J. Koch

Elaine J. Koch, 76, of West Lawn, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 5:00 am in her residence.  She was the wife of Maynard B. Koch.  Born in Reading, Mrs. Koch was the daughter of the late David and Doris (Smorey) Snyder.  She was a member of West Lawn United Methodist Church.  Mrs. Koch was employed by RJ Kitchens in Mohnton for 29 years then by H&R Block assisting clients with their accounting and tax needs.  In addition to her husband Mrs. Koch is survived by her grandchildren Logan N. Pettinato husband of Erin Doherty of Wernersville, Daniel Pettinato of Phildelphia, Carly Bieber of Berks County, Aaron Bieber of Berks County.  She was preceded in death by her children Wendy L. (Bieber) Pettinato and Brian Bieber.

Funeral Service will be held at Bean Funeral Home 3825 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 11:00 am.  Reverend Terry Cooney will officiate.    Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.  The family will receive relatives and friends at Bean Funeral Home  Thursday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, cancer.org/.donate.  Online condolences may be made at www.beanfuneralhomes.com
