Elaine Jennings

Elaine M. Jennings, 40, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away on Monday, August 1st, 2016 at Penn State Health St. Joseph. She was the beloved wife of Aubrey Jennings. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of Miguel A. and Gloria T. (Colon) Diaz. Mrs. Jennings received her Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Organizational Applied Psychology from Albright College in 2005. She also worked as a Senior Customer Care Representative for UGI Utilities. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Jennings is survived by her children, Jaelyn M. Lockhart-Diaz,; Jaylan Kelecseny, partner of Kelly Vong,; Sylvia Jennings,; Aubray Jennings,; Sheridan Jennings,; and Trinety Jennings. She is also survived by her brother Michael A. Diaz,; mother-in law Shirley Jennings,; grandchildren Damar Johnson,; and Skylar A'Marie Vong Jennings,; grandfather Marcelino Colon Senior,; grandmother Porfiria Diaz,; and many more cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Jennings was predeceased by her grandmother Gloria I. Colon; uncle Carlos Diaz,; and aunt Carol Diaz. Elaine was a wonderful wife, daughter, mother, sister, friend and she will be sincerely missed.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church 1018 N 8th St, Reading, PA 19604 at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends in Bean Funeral Homes, North 16th & Rockland Streets, Hampden Heights, Monday, August 8, 2016, 10:15-12:15 pm.
