Edward Flemming Jr

Edward J. Flemming Jr., 86, of Reading, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2009 at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Edward J. Fleming Sr. and Ada M. (Lauter) Flemming, and widower of the late Valeria P. (Witman) Flemming, who passed away on February 9, 2003.

He was a graduate of both Reading High School and Albright College, and was a US Navy Veteran during World War II.

He worked in sales and as a sales manager for the former A & M International in Reading for 22 years. He was a member of St. Joseph's R.C.C., Reading.

Survivors include his daughter: Stacie A. (Flemming) Cash of Tampa, FL; and grandchildren: Kyra, Shawn, and James.

There are also two sisters: Margaret (Flemming) Bourque of Connecticut, and Patricia (Flemming) Mancuso of Ft. Myers, FL.
