Dorothy Zeltzer

Dorothy A. Zeltzer, 75, of Wernersville, formerly of Fountain Hill, passed away on July 1, 2017 at Laurel Center.
Born in Erie, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Mary (Skeabick)Kramer.
Mrs. Zeltzer was a graduate of Villanova Academy of Erie, PA. She went on to be employed at the Berks County Courthouse, working in the tax department and as a notary. She was also employed as an executive secretary for Reading China and Glass and Twin County Cable in Bethlehem. Dorothy was a selfless women, especially when it came to her family and animals. Animal and wildlife protection, and nature conservation were her passions. She supported many groups including the SPCA, the Humane Society, Defenders of Wildlife, and WWF, which bettered the lives of animals and helped the environment.
She was predeceased by her daughter: Linda Marie Zeltzer and her 3 brothers.
Survivors include her husband: Edwin L. Zeltzer and daughter: Kathleen M. Zeltzer.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Francis De Sales R. C. Church, 321 N. Church St., Robesonia, on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 12:30PM. The family will receive friends and relatives at Bean Funeral Home, 3825 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring on Friday from 11:00-12:00PM. Interment will follow the mass at Gethsemane Cemetery.
