She retired from the former AT&T/Lucent Technologies, and also worked at Two Guys and Godiva Chocolates.  She was a devout member of St. John the Baptist De Lasalle Roman Catholic Church in Shillington.

Our beloved matriarch was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Family holiday gatherings were always at her house and she enjoyed cooking for the entire family until she was in her 80s.  She passed along her delicious recipes to the younger generations who helped with the holiday meal preparation after that.  Anyone who entered her home never went away hungry.

She cared for a sick husband with MS for almost 30 years and then another husband for six years after he suffered a debilitating stroke so that neither one would have to go into a nursing home.

She was never wealthy but gave generously to numerous charities.  She always knew that there were so many worse off financially than she, and wanted to help as much as she could.

She was a vigorous defender of life and supporter of Priests for Life, Mary’s Shelter and the PA Pro-Life Federation.

A woman of deep faith and prayer, she prayed the rosary daily and watched Mass daily on TV whenever she was unable to go.

She will be forever missed and loved.
