Doris Fox

May 29, 1913 — January 7, 2010

Doris M. Fox, 96, formerly of Newport News, VA, passed away January 7, 2010 at 1:15 AM in Hickory House Nursing Home where she resided since April of 2008. She was the widow of Robert F. Fox who passed away in 1995. Born in Erie on May 29, 1913, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Emma (Swanson) Faulhaber.

Mrs. Fox was life time musician and organist for over 75 years in Erie, PA; New York City, NY; Newport News, VA and Santee, SC. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Yorktown, VA.

She is survived by a sister Marion (Faulhaber) Daily in Ponte Vedra, FL and many nieces and nephews.
