Doris Camilli

Doris May Camilli, 83, of Exeter Township, passed away Friday, March 16, 2018 in Berks Heim. She was the wife of the late John J. Camilli who passed away in 1997. Born in Reading, Mrs. Camilli was the daughter of the late James O. and Mary (Endy) Moyer. She was a 1952 graduate of Reading High School and a member of Zion (Spies) Evangelical Reformed Church. She also enjoyed gardening and puzzles. Mrs. Camilli was employed by the former Beverly Manor Nursing Home as supervisor of housekeeping. She is survived by her sons Joseph J. Camilli, husband of Peggy Camilli of Swanee, Georgia; Michael A. Camilli of Exeter Township and her daughter Mary E. Camilli, wife of David Muhr of St. Lawrence and her grandchildren David, Paige and Vanessa. Also surviving are her siblings James Moyer, husband of Mary Moyer of Bernville; Marie Huff and Catherine Houck a resident at Berks Heim. She was preceded in death by her sister Amelia Strausser.
Funeral Service will be held in Bean Funeral Home 6 Fairlane Road, Exeter Township, Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 11:00 am. Reverend Merrill R. Marisseau will officiate. Entombment will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery Mausoleum. The family will receive relatives and friends in Bean Funeral Home Tuesday 9:00-11:00 am.
