Dennis Kochard

Dennis J. Kochard, 70, passed away on April 27, 2018 at the Reading Hospital in West Reading, PA.
Born on July 2, 1947 in Reading, PA, he was the second of four children born to the late Bernice B. (Faust) and George W. Kochard of Shillington.
A graduate of Governor Mifflin High School, he worked in the food service industry and pursued interests which included golf, fly fishing, and birds.
He was predeceased by his parents; his brother, David Kochard; and David's wife, Susie.
Survivors: Brother Dale and his wife, Beverly, of Allentown; sister Deborah and her husband, Peter Seagreaves, of West Lawn; nephews Nicholas Kochard of Allentown, A. Peter Seagreaves of West Lawn, and Sean Kochard and his wife, Suzie, of Reading; niece Tara Kochard of Kihei, Hawaii; grandnephew Brendan Speicher of Reading and grandniece Siobhan Kochard of Reading.
Graveside service will be held at Fairview Cemetery, Shillington on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be sent to the John Paul II Center for Special Learning, 1092 Welsh Road, Shillington, PA 19607.
