David Lawrence

David K. Lawrence, 78, formerly of West Lawn, passed away Monday, October 2, 2017 at 6:30 am in Mifflin Center. He was the husband of JoAnn H. (Boyer) Lawrence. Born in West Reading, Mr. Lawrence was the son of the late Kirk S. and Evannah A. (Yocom) Lawrence. He was a 1957 graduate of Wilson High School and served in the United States Army. Mr. Lawrence was an Extruder Operator at Polymer Corp. for 37 years retiring in 1997. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Kirk D. Lawrence-Howard, husband of James T. Lawrence-Howard of Reading, and his sister Marcia C. Galanos of West Reading.
Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held in Bean Funeral Home 3825 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Kathy L. Lentz, Certified Celebrant will officiate. Interment will follow in Spies-Zion Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends in Bean Funeral Home Thursday 1:00-2:00 pm.
