David Flinchbaugh

David J. Flinchbaugh, 91, of Panama City Beach, Florida, formerly of Spring Township, passed away April 19, 2011 at 1:39 am in his residence. He was the husband of Josephine C. (Althoff) Flinchbaugh. Born in York, PA he was the son of the late James and Irene (Doll) Flinchbaugh. Mr. Flinchbaugh was a truck driver for Atlantic Richfield in Sinking Spring for 40 years retiring October 31, 1984. He was an Army veteran serving in World War II in 86th Black Hawk Division. He was also a member of American Legion Post 127 in York, PA for 60 years and EPAK Atlantic Federal Credit Union. In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughter Deborah A. wife of Richard E. Eckroth of West Lawn and his son David L. Flinchbaugh(Foxx) of Cleveland, Ohio along with his sister Arlene Shipkosky of York. He was preceded in death by his siblings Dorothy Hassler and Kenneth E. Flinchbaugh.
