Daniel Allan Weller, 69, of Wernersville, Berks County, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 26, 2021. He was the beloved spouse of Dr. Mary Rita Weller (Smith). Together they shared over 15 years of marriage. Born in Reading, PA. he was the son of the late William D. and Joan Marie Weller (Gamby). Daniel was a graduate of Muhlenberg High School Class of 1970. During his life, he was a Sheet Metal Journeyman for the Local 19 Union for more than 30 years, retiring in 2007. Daniel enjoyed hunting, golfing, and was a gifted carpenter. He was a member of the Riverside Beneficial Association, Slovak Catholic Sokol Home Association, and Buck Fever Camp in Forksville, PA.
In addition to his spouse, Dr. Mary Rita Weller of Wernersville, PA, he is survived by his daughters, Lisa and Stephanie; sister Peg Angstadt and partner Larry Evans of Muhlenberg Township; former brother-in-law Leon Angstadt of Mohnton; and nephew Troy Angstadt spouse Beth of Mohnton, and their children Carlee, Jessica, Macy; nephew Brian Angstadt of Mohnton spouse of Lindsay, and their children Billy, Jesse, Kimmy; Daniel is also survived by father-in-law, Robert O. Smith of Shillington, PA and predeceased by mother-in-law, Rita Smith (Burke), brother-in-laws Thomas Smith and partner Debbie McDonald, Laporte, PA; Robert Smith, Jonestown, PA; Daniel Smith spouse of Jan of New Albany, PA and their children Danielle, Bridgit, and Dylan; predeceased John Smith; and sisters-in-laws Patricia Boswell spouse of Paul of New Symrna Beach, FL and daughter Charisse Farrow (Colantonio) and grandson Antonnio Farrow of Wernersville, PA; Kathleen Smith of Eagles Mere, PA; Rose Marie Gansell spouse of Lou of Unityville, PA and son Stephen Walker of Eagles Mere, PA and grandchildren Kieran and Genevieve Walker; and Maureen Smith of St. Petersburg, FL.
Celebration of life service will be held at Bean Funeral Homes 129 E. Lancaster Ave. Shillington, PA 19607 on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 6:30pm. Amy S.
