Cynthia Sychterz

Cynthia M, Sychterz 70, of Sinking Spring, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 1:00 am in Reading Hospital. She was the wife of Robert C. Wagoner. She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sinking Spring and was a manager of displays for Pomeroy's in Reading and The Bon Ton in the Berkshire Mall. Cindy and Bob had a great love for one another. They enjoyed fishing, swimming, hiking and attending baseball games. They enjoyed going to the Poconos, where Cindy would often out fish Bob. She volunteered at Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center as well as the Sencit House Apartments and had a great compassion for each individual who resided there. Many times she received volunteer of the year award. Everyone loved Cindy and when she arrived their faces would light up. She loved flowers, children, dogs and she truly loved her husband Bob and Our Lord Jesus.
Funeral Service will be held in Saint John's Evangelical Lutheran Church 4125 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring, PA 19608, Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 11:00 am. Reverend Richard Moore will officiate. Interment will follow in Saint John's (Hain's) Church Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends in Bean Funeral Home, 3825 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring, Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 7:00-9:00 pm. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Saint John's Evangelical Lutheran Church Memorial Fund at the above address in memory of Ms. Cynthia M. Sychterz.
