Craig T. Monroe

Craig T. Monroe, 62, of Spring Township, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2024 in his residence. He was preceded in death by his husband Patrick J. McDevitt, September 20, 2019. Born in Pottstown, Mr. Monroe was the son of the late Thomas and Joan (Daniels) Monroe. He was a Senior Technical Analyst employed by Henry Schein in Denver, PA until his retirement August 2023. Mr. Monroe is survived by his sisters Holly M. Schwartz wife of Darrell E. Schwartz of Quakertown; Geralyn A. Peiffer wife of Jeff S. Peiffer of Gilbertsville; nieces Rachel Trettin, Jessica Assis, Lindsey Schwartz; nephew Branden Peiffer and his sister-in-law Mary Jane McDevitt with whom he last resided. Mr. Monroe enjoyed going to the beach with his nieces and nephew, traveling, casinos, cruises, amusement parks and hosting Christmas parties.

Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held at Bean Funeral Home, 3825 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring, Monday, October 7, 2024 at 11:00 am. Amy S. Landis, Celebrant will officiate. Interment will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends at Bean Funeral Home, Monday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
