Clara Ludwig

Clara Ann Ludwig, 83, of Laguna Woods, CA, formerly of Whitfield, passed away June 29, 2009 at 10:26 am in Mission Regional Hospital, Mission Viejo, CA. She was the wife of the late Richard L. Ludwig III who passed away July 22, 2004. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Emidio and Madeline(Marella) Moscirella. Mrs. Ludwig was a beautician for 37 years including Pomeroy's Hair Salon in Reading. She was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola RCC, Whitfield. Mrs. Ludwig is survived by her son Eric J. husband of Valerie J. Ludwig of Aliso Viejo, CA and her daughter Beth A. (Ludwig) Grey of Hazleton, PA. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Ann M. wife of Tom Hughes of Tamaqua, PA and her great grandchildren, Devin Nelson Hughes and Thomas Henry Allen Hughes. She is also survived by her sisters, Ridgie Sacco and Julie Plotkin both of Reading. Mrs. Ludwig was preceded in death by her siblings, Anthony Moscirella, Albert Moscirella, Albert Moscirella, August(John)Moscirella, Amelia DaDamio and Eleanor Freeman.
