Charlotte Dutcher

Charlotte B. (Haldeman) Dutcher, 87, of Stonersville and formerly of Wernersville, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016. She was the wife of the late Richard L. Dutcher who passed away in 1987. Born in Wernersville, Mrs. Dutcher was the daughter of the late Edwin R. and Sadie (Berringer) Haldeman. She loved vacationing with her family and was a member of the George Jones Fan Club. Mrs. Dutcher was a Loving Mother to Mary H. Rapp, wife of Bruce E. Rapp with whom she resided for the last 30 years. She was a Loving Grandmother to Amy Jane Rapp and a Loving Great Grandmother to Carter Bruce. She is also survived by her sister Arlene Schaeffer of Newmanstown and was preceded in death by her son Roger Lee Haldeman along with her siblings Emma Schonour, Margaret Moyer, Blanche Engle, Beulah Yeagley Rufus, Woodrow, Edwin, Adam, Martin, Ralph and Warren Haldeman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held in Bean Funeral Home, 6 Fairlane Road, Exeter Township, Wednesday July 20, 2016 at 10:00 am. Reverend Joy Ortega will officiate.
