Charles T. Gryniewich, 93, of Spring Twp., passed away on April 17, 2018 at his residence.
He was the adoring husband of Roseanne E. Gryniewich, with whom he shared 66 years of marriage.
Born in Hellertown, he was the son of the late Peter and Julia (Bernhart) Gryniewich.
Charles was a US Army Veteran, proudly serving his country during WWII. He courageously fought in the Battle of the Bulge, earning a bronze star. Charles went on to work in business machine sales and service, working for Monroe International for 34 years. Charles enjoyed ballroom dancing with his wife Roseanne, and will be remembered for being an avid gardener and one who enjoyed attending the gym.
He was predeceased by his brother: Peter Gryniewich.
In addition to his wife, Survivors include his daughter: Elizabeth Ann Wilson, wife of Dennis of Strausstown; grandchildren: Alex Gressley and Seth Gressley, husband of Ami; great-granddaughter: Jada Gressley; and sister: Helen Werner of Allentown. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Ignatius Loyola R.C. Church, 2810 St. Albans Drive, Sinking Spring, on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 10:30AM. The family will receive friends and family at Bean Funeral Home, 3825 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring, on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 from 5-7:00PM. Interment will follow the Mass at The Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
