Cathleen Hulver

Cathleen L. Hulver, 63, of Alsace Twp., passed away on October 7, 2016 at her residence.
Born in Chicago, IL she was the daughter of the late Harry B. Durkin and Frieda M. (Sokolis) Durkin.
Cathleen had a long career as a social worker and counselor, working for a variety of health and human services agencies in Berks County as well as in private practice.
She is survived by her children: Kirsten M. Eppler, wife of Bradley J. of Reading, Carrie J. Saylor of Bethlehem, and Daniel R. Saylor, husband of Jenna of Nova, OH. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; brothers: Chris, Keith, Gary, and Kenneth Durkin; Sister: Linda Durkin.
A Memorial Service will be held at Bean Funeral Home, N.16 & Rockland Sts., Hampden Heights, on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 11:00AM. The family will receive friends and relatives from 10-11:00AM.
