Catherine Doublesky

Catherine A. Doublesky, 59, of West Lawn, passed away July 24, 2010 at 6:07 PM in Reading Hospital & Medical Center where she was a patient since July 21st. She was the wife of Vincent E. Doublesky who passed away May 18, 2005. Born in Philadelphia on September 12, 1950, she was the daughter of the late William M. Lewis, Sr. and the late Mary J. (Lemerice) Lewis.

Catherine was employed for 18 years by the School District of Philadelphia as a school bus instructor retiring in 2003.

Surviving are a daughter Cynthia P. Doublesky, 2 sons Chistopher M. Doublesky and Gregory C. Doublesky husband of Kelly L. Doublesky all of West Lawn, 5 grandchildren Lillian, Scott, Christopher, Michael and Gregory, 2 sisters Patricia A. (Lewis) wife of James Fisher of Philadelphia and Janet Lewis of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, 4 brothers Michael Lewis of Wichita Falls, Texas, Paul Lewis of Arizona, Martin G. Lewis of Philadelphia and James McGee of New Jersey. She was predeceased by a 2 brother William lewis and Charles Lewis and a sister Lillian (Lewis) Morgan.
