Carolyn R. Kurtz

Carolyn R. Kurtz, 34, of Mohnton passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2025, in her home. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Deborah L. (Mull) and Steven R. Kurtz. Carolyn enjoyed knitting, painting, fishing, and gardening. She loved playing outside with her daughter, Reina and her father and visiting the beach. Reina was her mini me and the light of her life, she cherished every moment they spent together.

In addition to her beloved daughter, Reina M. Rivera, she is survived by her friend and Reina’s father, Luis Rivera. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 12:00pm in Bean Funeral Homes, 129 E. Lancaster Avenue, Shillington, PA 19607. Amy S. Landis, celebrant to officiate. The family welcomes relatives and friends to pay their respects at a closed casket visitation on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, from 9:00am to 12:00pm in Bean Funeral Homes, Shillington.
