Carl Held

Carl A. Held, 88, formerly of Autumn Park Apartments, in Breinigsville, and resident of Lutheran Topton Home passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 30, 2018. He was the beloved husband of 66 years to Dorothy M. (Breininger) Held. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Arthur L. and Ida (Kline) Held. He was a graduate of Reading High School Class of 1948 and Wyomissing Poly Technical School Class of 1951. During his life he was employed for Textile and Rockwell International for 40 years combined, retiring in October 1988. In addition to his wife he is survived by two nieces and two nephews. Carl was predeceased by his brother Dr. Martin L. Held.
