Calvin J. Englehart

Calvin J. Englehart, 92, formerly of Bern Township, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at the Laureldale Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center. He was the beloved husband of 63 years of Marian D. (Franke) Englehart. Born in Reading he was the son of the late Joel Englehart and Mary (Emrick) Englehart. Calvin served proudly in the United States Marines and Air Force. Throughout his life, he worked for Allura Knitting Mills for 25 years and lastly at Blanski Heating until retiring in 2005. He was a life member of Reber-Moore Post#635 and Teamster Local Union 429. Calvin was also involved in the Mid Atlantic Air Museum. 

He is survived by his wife Marian D. Englehart, of Reading; many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

A Prayer Service will be held at Bean Funeral Homes 1605 Rockland Street Reading, PA 19604 on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 11:00am. Entombment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum.
