Bruce Sellers

Bruce I. Sellers, 67, of West Lawn, passed away on March 8, 2017 at his residence.
Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Irvin and Francis (Fisher) Sellers.
Mr. Sellers was a 1967 graduate of Wilson High School. He went on to be employed for Bell Telephone and Verizon for 36 years. He also worked part-time for Berks Western Telecom. Bruce served at Vice-President of the Pennwyn Motor Association from 1987-1992 and President from 1992 until his passing. He enjoyed spending time at the beach and especially enjoyed traveling to Rehoboth Beach, DL and Ocean City, MD. Bruce will be remembered for his love of collecting trains and coins.
He is survived by his wife: Lorrie J. (Butz) Sellers, Children: Michael B. Sellers, husband of Michele L. of Mohnton and Nathan J. Sellers of Elizabethtown, step-children: Christina M. Butz of Reading and Troy A. Butz, husband of Amanda of Blandon. He is also survived by his granddaughter: Camille T. Sellers and step-grandchildren: Riley and Zoey Butz, Brothers: Ronald Sellers, husband of Debbie and Donald Sellers, husband of Jane, Nephews: Nicholas Sellers, husband of Katrina, Brett Sellers, husband of Hillary, Gregory Sellers, and Eric Sellers, great niece and nephews: Anne, Anthony, and Nicholas Sellers.
Memorial Services will be held at Bean Funeral Home, 129 E. Lancaster Ave., Shillington, on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 12:00PM. The family will receive friends and relatives from 10-12:00PM. The interment will follow the service at Laureldale Cemetery.
