Bruce Lerch

Bruce H. Lerch, 89, formerly of Kenhorst, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022 at the Green Hills Manor at The Heritage. Bruce was the loving husband to Jane M. (Fisher) for over 62 years before her passing on October 5, 2017. Born in Reading, Bruce was the son of the late Paul W. Lerch Sr. and Ruth (Unger). He was a graduate of Reading High School and went on to serve in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. Bruce worked as an Industrial Draftsman at Gilbert Associates. He loved puzzles, cheering on his Philadelphia sports teams, especially the Phillies, reading the comics, and enjoyed sketching and drawing.

Bruce is survived by his sons, Gregory B. Lerch, husband of Karen, of Sinking Spring, and Randy B. Lerch, husband of Lisa, of Palm Bay, FL. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Ashley, Adrienne, Stephanie, Melissa, Vincent, his great grandchildren, Harlow and Rowan, and his sister, Nancy Larish.

In addition to his wife Jane, Bruce is predeceased by his brothers, Paul W. Lerch Jr., and Donald Lerch.
