Bette Ward

Bette E. Ward, 88, of Reading, passed away on Friday, August 6, 2010 at the Hospice at St. Joseph's Medical Center.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Robert J. Daniels and Florence E. (Westley) Daniels, and widow of George J. Ward Jr., who passed away on November 11, 2006.

She was a 1939 graduate of Reading High School, and member of St. Joseph R.C.C.

She is survived by her daughter: Joanne M. (Ward), wife of Frank J. Sudock of Reiffton.

There are also three grandchildren: Keli Ann, Christopher F., and Matthew S.; and five great grandchildren: Megan & Daniel, Molly, Christopher, and Jessica.
