Barbara Kopf

Barbara Ann Kopf, 60, of Reading, passed away February 6, 2011 at 4:50 pm in St. Joseph Medical Center.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late James B. and Virginia A. (Gassert) Kemp, and the wife of Charles R. Kopf, Jr.

Mrs. Kopf was a 1969 graduate of Mt. Penn High School. She was employed at St. Joseph Medical Center in the Dietary Department for 26 years and most recently worked in the same capacity at Green Hills Manor.

Surviving in addition to her husband are 2 sons: Charles R. Kopf, III husband of Sharon of Exeter Twp., Erik J. Kopf husband of Julie of West Lawn, and a daughter Melissa L. Kopf of Reading. There are 3 grandchildren: Jakob, Emilie and Dylan Kopf. Also surviving is a sister: Sandra (Kemp) Rambo of Exeter Twp.
