Barbara J. Helm

Barbara J. Helm (Kellett), 80, of Oley, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Parkhouse Nursing and Rehabilitation, Royersford. She was the loving wife to J. Frederick Helm for over 46 years of marriage. Born in Norristown, Barbara was the daughter of the late, David F. Kellett and Esther A. (Sitler). Barbara was a graduate of Wilson High School and went on to work as a Production Processor for Dimensions in Reading for over 17 years and went on to work as a Bus Driver for BTIU for 8 years. She was also a member of Eastern Star Reading Chapter, and a life member of H.O.G.

In addition to her husband, Barbara is survived by her sons, Eric G. Chelius, husband of Deb, Kyle B. Chelius, husband of Kristin, Daryl S. Chelius, husband of Jessica and daughter, Jennifer Haines. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.

A memorial service for Barbara will be held in Bean Funeral Home, 129 E. Lancaster Ave. Shillington, PA 19607 on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 4:00 PM. The family will receive relatives and friends in Bean Funeral Home, Shillington, on Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
