Barbara Edelman

Barbara L. Edelman, 86, of Hyde Park, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 10:25 pm in Reading Hospital. Born in Reading she was the daughter of the late Richard and Elsie Wallace. Ms. Edelman was a member of Alsace Lutheran Church and was a dental assistant until her retirement. She is survived by her daughters Kim S. Dobson of Exeter Township and Lisa A. Miller, wife of David Miller of Temple and was preceded in death by her daughter Brenda L. Edelman. Ms. Edelman is also survived by her grandchildren Dana Lantz, partner of Scott Lantz; Rachel Kaye, wife of Seth Kaye; Mark Rothermel and Michael Rothermel and her great grandchildren Reece Lantz; Garrett Gehringer, Alexander Kaye and Lucas Rothermel. Also surviving is her sister Betty Mell of Stony Creek Mills along with many nieces and nephews and she was preceded in death by her sisters Evelyn Kowalchick; Margaret Wardenski; Florence Kreider and her brother Carl Kern.
