Arlinda Miller

December 8, 1948 — March 24, 2010

Arlinda K. (Moyer) Miller, 61, of Wernersville, passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 11:45 p.m. at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.


Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Arlan R. and Catharine S. (Koch) Moyer.


She was the wife of Richard L. Miller.


Arlinda was a 1966 graduate of Wilson High School, and a 1982 graduate of the R.A.C.C. Nursing Program.


She worked as a Certified Occupational Health Nurse wtih Cambridge-Lee Industries, Reading Tube Division, last working in January of this year. She was a member of Advent Lutheran Church, West Lawn.


In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter: Tracey M. (Stoughton) Braymiller of Egg Harbor City, NJ; a son: Craig E. Stoughton, husband of Catherine (McBride) Stoughton, of Kyle TX; and a granddaughter: Emily C. Braymiller of Egg Harbor City.


She is also survived by her sisters: Julia A. Silsdorf of Lancaster; Rose A. Secord of Douglassville; Catharine I., wife of Gerald Smith of Sinking Spring; and a brother: John D. W. Moyer, husband of Virginia (Ronayne) Moyer of Millersville, MD.


Arlinda was a spiritual person, a Reiki Master, and derived her strength through nature. Her favorite vacation spots were Clear Lake, Elgin, Ontario, and North Wildwood Beach, NJ. She loved cooking, gardening, and various crafts. She was devoted to her Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers: Duffy, Kaeli, and the late Casey.
