Arlene Matz

Arlene E. Matz, 90, formerly of Shillington, a resident of Mifflin Court since 2005 passed away December 22, 2008 at 2:11 PM in Mifflin Center where she had been a patient for one month. She was the wife of William O. Matz who passed away October 15, 2003. Born in Cumru Twp., on July 29, 1918, she was the daughter of the late George and Ella (Gehman) Eckenroth.
She was employed for 20 years as a legal secretary by Stevens and Lee in Reading. Mrs. Matz is survived by a niece Ann Burger of Huntingburgh, IN and a great niece Lynne A. Phillips of Otwell, IN. She was predeceased by a sister Joyce Sponseiler.
