Arlene Bingaman

Arlene S. Bingaman, 83, formerly of Ruscombmanor Twp., passed away June 9, 2010 at 1:55 PM in ManorCare Health Services in Muhlenberg Twp., where she resided since March 19, 2009. She was the wife of Lloyd W. Bingaman who passed away October 12, 2001. Born in Ruscombmanor Twp. on November 22, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Leon M. and Effie (Seidel) Schmeck.

Arlene was a graduate of Muhlenberg High School and a member of Zion Spies Evangelical Lutheran Church.

She was a singer and guitar player in various local country western bands and later worked as a housekeeper in many private homes in Reading.

Surviving are 4 grandchildren Leon M. Bingaman, Kyle P. Bingaman, Kristin L. Bingaman and Adam J. Bingaman; 3 great grandchildren; a sister Arlene Reed of Greenfields and several cousins.
