Ardelle Williams

August 4, 1934 — January 11, 2016

Ardelle J. "Teddi" Williams, 81, of Lebanon, formerly of Reading, passed away Monday, January 11, 2016 at 8:10 pm in Lebanon VA Medical Center. Born in Chester, PA, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Amelia A. (Kohl) Williams. She was a 1952 graduate of Reading High School and served in Women's Army Corp during Korean War as a Private First Class. Ms. Williams was a licensed psychiatric technician in the State of California and was a member of Berks County Women's Veterans; a life member of Disabled American Veterans and a life member of Reber-Moore American Legion Post in Shillington. She played All Army Basketball and appeared as an extra in two movies, Never Wave at a WAC and Francis Joins the WAC's.
Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Friday, January 22, 2016 at 11:00 am. Reverend Corrine R. Dautrich will officiate. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to John Paul II Center for Special Learning, 1092 Welsh Road, Shillington, PA 19607 in memory of Ms. Ardelle J. Williams.
