Anna Hoffman

Anna M. Hoffman, 79, of Exeter Twp., passed away April 27, 2009 at 6:47 PM in the residence of her daughter Linda. Born in Hamburg on February 23, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Howard W. and Mary A. (Speicher) Miller.

Anna was a 1948 graduate of Reading High School and a member of Reformation Lutheran Church.

She was employed as an office clerk for 18 years at Car Tech until her retirement in June of 1992.

Surviving are a son Richard E. Hoffman husband of Linda L. Hoffman of Exeter Twp., and 3 daughters Linda A. (Hoffman) wife of David P. Bechtel of Exeter Twp., Cynthia L. (Hoffman) wife of Thomas A. Herbst Jr. of Vienna, VA and Julia L. (Hoffman) wife of Randall A. Cherry of Exeter Twp., 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and 4 sisters Minerva A. (Miller) wife of Thomas Scalese of Sinking Spring, Pearl M. (Miller) widow of Donald Kercher of Muhlenberg Twp., Helen I. (Miller) Houck of Muhlenberg Twp. and Mary C. (Miller) wife of George Graefe of Douglassville.
