Allene Ramsdell

Allene W. Ramsdell, 99, of Shillington, passed away Saturday January 15, 2022 at 3:00 am at Mifflin Court.  She was the wife of the late Robert R. Ramsdell who passed away May 24, 2017.  Born in Jefferson, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Hester Williamson.  Mrs. Ramsdell was a member of Holy Cross United Methodist Church.  She was fond of all animals, especially dogs, and enjoyed bowling, gardening and devotion to her family.  Mrs. Ramsdell is survived by her children Allison L. Duff, wife of Francis Duff of Kissimee, Florida; Greg W. Ramsdell of Shillington; grandchildren Ryan and Caitlin Duff and great grandchildren Savannah, Marissa, Haley and preceded in death by her brother Julius Williamson.

Graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Berks County Memorial Park. Reverend Mandy S. Miller will officiate.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 in memory of Mrs. Allene W.
