Alfred Risati

Alfred Alesi "Fred" Risati, 58, of Lower Heidelberg Township, passed away Friday, July 7, 2017 at 11:02 am in The John Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, Maryland. He was the husband of Christine A. (Siket) Risati. Born in Huntingdon, PA, Mr. Risati was the son of the late Alfred and Lena (Alesi) Rispigliati. He was a 1977 graduate of Mount Union High School, attended Juniata College and graduated in 1983 from University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. Mr. Risati was a member of Saint Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church and was a pharmacist for Weiss Markets in Wyomissing and Reading. In addition to his wife Christine, he is survived by his daughter Meredith J. Risati of Pittsburgh; his sister Victoria Martino, wife of Gregory Martino of Colorado and his aunt and uncle Roy and Joan Claypoole of Huntingdon, PA.
Funeral procession will depart Bean Funeral Home, 3825 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring, Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 9:15 am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church 2810 Saint Alban's Drive, Sinking Spring at 10:00 am. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Holy Cross Cemetery, Huntingdon, PA. The family will receive relatives and friends in Bean Funeral Home Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm and Wednesday 8:15-9:15 am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The John Hopkins Hospital 1800 Orleans Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21287 in memory of Mr. Alfred Alesi Risati.
