Alan Hartman

Alan C. Hartman, 56, formerly of Reading, passed away June 28, 2011 at 4:45 pm in Berks County Home-Berks Heim. Born in Reading he was the son of Fern M. (Weidenhammer) Hartman of Reading and the late William Hartman. Alan was employed for 34 years by Berks County Association for the Blind in sheltered workshop. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, Philadelphia Phillies fan, loved to swim and bowl. In addition to his mother he is survived by his sister Susan D. Giddens of Shillington and his brothers Mark W. husband of Roxane D. Hartman of Leesport and William R. Hartman, Jr. husband of Susan K. Hartman of Reading.
