Adolph W. Sarti, 93, of Exeter Township, passed away Monday, April 24, 2017 at 8:02 am in Reading Hospital. He was the husband of the late Catherine (Carrozza) Sarti who passed away April 8, 2005. Born in Reading Mr. Sarti was the son of the late Nestore and Lena (Dinnino) Sarti. He was a member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church and served in the United States Army during World War II serving in New Guinea, Philippine Island and Japan and was the recipient of Bronze Star, Purple Heart, Philippine Liberation Ribbon and World War II Victory Medal. Mr. Sarti was a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service for 37 years, retiring in 1985. He is survived by his sister Gloria M. Formando, wife of the late Frank Formando, Jr. with whom he last resided along with his Niece and God Daughter Georgine G. Kotzen, wife of Richard D. Kotzen, Sr. with whom he last resided; God Son Richie Kotzen of Los Angeles, California and several nieces and nephews.
