A ceremonial Urn Ark can be utilized to provide special reverence for cremated remains.

You may have heard that choosing cremation means you cannot have a traditional funeral service, but this is not true. You still have the ability to add thoughtful, personal touches and memorial observances to honor and remember the person who has died.

While different cremation services may vary greatly, all cremation services offered include some basic services that are common to all cremation services selected. These services include;

• The basic services of funeral director and staff as outlined in the General Price List
• Transfer of the deceased to the funeral home
• Sanitary care, shampoo, shaving as necessary, dressing deceased, reposing and placement in cremation container or alternate container
• Private positive identification by a next of kin
• Sheltering at a minimum of 24 hours in compliance with state law
• Up to three days refrigeration as necessary
• Completion of all necessary cremation authorizations and securing cremation permit from state registrar
• Procuring death certificate from physician or coroner, completion and filing with state registrar
• Completion and filing of Federal forms for Social Security reporting and for Veteran's Benefits
• Assistance with life insurance claims, car title transfers, etc.
• Free notary service
• Individual cremation in our private crematory by our professionally licensed staff, special processing and retrieval of miniscule cremated remains

At Bean Funeral Homes, we own and operate our own private crematory in Sinking Spring. The crematory is operated by licensed funeral directors who are also crematory technicians certified by the Cremation Association of North America. All cremations are performed individually with exacting technical standards. As such, we can provide you with 100% confidence as to whose ashes are in the urn. In addition, this modern facility is a tasteful, comfortable place for your family’s memorial service.
