Horbach of Exeter Twp. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children: James, Loughin, Keith III, and Erika. There is also a paternal grandfather: Robert Becker of Birdsboro and a maternal grandmother: Nancy Horbach of Birdsboro. He is also survived by siblings: Michael and April of Exeter Twp., and Chris and Zane of Birdsboro. Visitation: Friends will be received Monday from 6 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
