Edna I. Jones, 78, of Robeson Twp., passed away April 27, 2012 at in St. Joseph Medical Center, where she was a patient since April 16th. She was the wife of Robert L. Jones. Born in Berks County on March 23, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Edward M. and Laura E. (Deeds) Cass.
Edna was a teacher at the former Weller’s Ceramic Shop in Exeter Twp. She loved to crochet and make crafts.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters Bonnie L. (Adams) widow of James E. Hess of Birdsboro and Linda L. (Adams) wife of Harold Mertz of Fleetwood; 3 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and a sister Mary J. (Cass) widow of Lester Weller of Exeter Twp. She was predeceased by a grandson, 2 brothers Howard and Russell Cass and a sister Miriam (Cass) Rittenhouse.
Mrs. Jones was a member of St. Paul’s Reformed Church in Birdsboro.
